Every watch offered in the London James collection is tested individually for clean face condition, waterproof integrity, timekeeping accuracy and all the standard testings in the watch industry.
There are more than 5 processes for quality testing during the production of our watches.
Your watch also has a 2 year warranty against manufacturing faults, from date of purchase.
Please note the following in this regard:
The warranty does not cover the following services: regular maintenance and services, damage caused by improper handling, careless usage, accidents, damage during transportation, wear and tear from normal use, or water damage if not explicitly marked as waterproof levels. Straps / bracelets wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.
The warranty also becomes invalid if damage to the watch was caused by carelessness, negligence or unauthorized service and if this damage cannot be ascribed to a manufacturing fault.
Changing of batteries in our quartz watches is not included in the warranty unless the battery is found to be faulty.
In addition, we can not avoid rough handling by a shipping company for international delivery. So, careless handling or roughness by the shipper would not be covered either.
